The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nayaram Nagar P.S. Case No.119 of 2022 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to political vendetta. The shop of the petitioner (P.D.S. Dealier) was inspected at night without any complaint and found shortage of food grains which has already been distributed to the beneficiaries.

Having considered the above facts and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above
