Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that interim relief has been granted to the petitioner insofar as releasing of subject matter of vehicle and it was subject to outcome of confiscation proceedings. It is reliably learnt that petitioner is not co-operating in confiscation proceedings, in that event, competent authority is empowered to pass ex-parte proceedings. The petitioner is hereby directed to co-operate in confiscation proceedings, failing which the competent authority is permitted to proceed in accordance with law.
