The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 365, 366 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that minor girl of the informant has been abducted by all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioner.

The victim is dancer and due to money dispute, the mother of the victim has lodged false case just to extort money from the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady and she has no concern in the kidnapping of the victim girl. Moreover, for the occurrence of 26.12.2021, the complaint was filed on 17.02.2022 which came to be registered on 28.05.2022 without explaining the delay. The medical report of the victim suggests the age of the victim between 17-18 years. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.06.2022. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,
