The present Civil Review application is preferred for reviewing the order dated 16.01.2024 passed in CWJC No. 113 of 2009, whereby this Court has disposed of the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue his appeal and in case of any adverse order, he shall be at liberty to approach before the appropriate forum/Court, in accordance with law.

3. It is the contention of the petitioner that in the light of the order of this Court, the petitioner has all along pursuing

Patna High Court C. REV. No.228 of 2024(3) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 his appeal but the appellate authority is sitting tight over the matter and till date, it has not been brought to its logical conclusion.

4. This Court does not find any reason as to how this Civil Review would lie when there is neither any error apparent on the face of record nor any other grounds warranting review of the order, the present Civil Review, prima facie, appears to be wholly misconceived and thus fit to be dismissed.

5. The Civil Review applications stands dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application. (Harish Kumar, J) supratim/- U
