Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused Pankaj Kumar @ Pankaj Kumar Sah, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court and except the aforesaid confessional statement of co- accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge II, Muzaffarpur in Sessions Trial no. 429/2016 arising out of Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case no. 280/2014.
