2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ / order / direction quashing the three-member committee's impugned enquiry report, dated 17.03.2020 (Annexure9 herein), on the ground that the same s perverse and perfunctory in nature inasmuch as the same is a table- report bereft of any findings or discussion with respect to the misuse of power, and gross financial irregularities being committed by the Governing Body of a hallowed institution,
Patna High Court CWJC No.11937 of 2024(2) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 namely, Bihar Vidyapeeth.
The Petitioner further prays for a consequent writ in the nature of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction to initiate an independent vigilance enquiry upon the Petitioner's complaint inasmuch as it is evident that the respondent authorities are not interested in conducting a fair and equitable enquiry into the blatant misuse of powers, corruption, bribery and gross financial irregularities committed by the Governing Body of the Bihar Vidyapeeth.
The Petitioner further prays for issuance of any other appropriate writ / direction / order in the facts of the case."
3. The kind of prayer learned counsel has made and the allegations that he is making, the remedy that he has chosen, may be incorrect, in the opinion of the Court.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to approach the appropriate authority, the Vigilance Bureau, Bihar with all the documents.
5. Granting the said liberty and without making any comment on the merit of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of.
