Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioner No. 1 father-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is mother-in-law of the informant's deceased daughter. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are living separately and has got no concern with the affairs of the couple. It is further submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52868 of 2022(3) dt.16-03-2023 2/2 thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody since 10.08.2022. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Bhawanipur (Balia O.P.)
