1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of writ nature of mandamus for direction to respondents for considering the application dated 11.09.2019 and 02.04.2023 filed before the Respondents by alleging that respondent No.8 got selection on the post of Anganwari Sevika at Anganwari Centre-No. 179 on the basis of the forged mark sheet.

(ii) Further issue direction to respondents for considering the case of the petitioner for selection on

Patna High Court CWJC No.12547 of 2023(2) dt.15-01-2024 2/2 the post sevika Sevika in the Anganwari Centre No. 179 on the ground she has better percentage marks to the Respondent No.8."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
