Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the averments made in the Interlocutory Application, we find that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay in filing of the appeal. Consequently, the same is condoned.

Re.: Letters Patent Appeal No. 832 of 2019 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file a representation before the competent authority. He prays that the competent authority may consider his representation and pass speaking orders. This plea is accepted. In case, the appellant files a representation, the same will be decided expeditiously, in any case, not later than three months.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
