This application has been filed to direct the respondents for removing the encroachment of the Government land.

If such an application has been filed by the petitioner and the Circle Officer, Chakia, East Champaran at Motihari finds the encroachment, he is directed to decide the same under Bihar Public Land Encroachmnt Act, 1956 within six months of receipt/communication of a copy of this order after hearing all the parties in accordance with law.
