In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing of the writ application, the same is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his application for release of the firearm which, according to him, is pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IVth, Nalanda at Biharsharif. If such a petition is pending, then let the same be disposed of by the concerned court on its own merit in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
