JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 This has come under the heading „To Be Mentioned‟ at the instance of learned counsel for the appellant. It is stated by learned counsel for the appellant that in the last paragraph of order dated 20.11.2017 some words "in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order" have wrongly been mentioned as the appeal was for grant of regular bail.

Accordingly, the order dated 20.11.2017 stands modified to the extent in the following manner only :

"Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, this appeal is allowed and impugned order is set aside. Let the appellant, above named, be enlarged on bail ......" (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U
