It is stated by learned counsel for the appellant that in the last paragraph of order dated 20.11.2017 some words "in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order" have wrongly been mentioned as the appeal was for grant of regular bail.
Accordingly, the order dated 20.11.2017 stands modified to the extent in the following manner only :
