The petitioner seeks bail in Chakand P.S. Case No.71 of 2019, registered under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7of the Immoral Traffic Act.

The informant raided a hotel and recovered two girls who disclosed that they are indulged in flesh trade and they used to remain in contact with the owner and the Manager of the hotel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the victims made statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and they disclosed that they voluntarily stayed in the hotel. The petitioner is the Manager of the hotel. The owner of the hotel has already been granted anticipatory bail. Petitioner is in jail since 15.06.2019.
