No.82 of 2014 (6) dt.25-10-2016 25-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners in the civil review application and learned counsel for opposite party No.10, who was the petitioner in the writ petition, being C.W.J.C. No. 7582 of 2013. Also heard learned counsels for the parties in the contempt application filed by the writ petitioner. Mr. Prabhat Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the review petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the review application with liberty to file a writ petition with respect to the claims of the review petitioner.

The civil review application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

So far as the contempt petition is concerned, it is evident from the order dated 02.11.2015 that admittedly the order under contempt has been complied with.
