The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of Arms Act. It is alleged that two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2016. It is mentioned in para-3 of the bail petition that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
