ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-02-2016 In the nature of dispute between the parties an attempt was made to resolve the same but unfortunately it could not be done. Be that as it may, I am not inclined to interfere with the order dated 13.02.2014 passed by the Principal Judge Family Court, Patna in Maintenance Case No. 87(M) of 2012. The application is rejected with direction to the Court below to take stringent steps for ensuring compliance of its order.
