JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 The only prayer in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to send the PPO/GPO/authority letter, which has been sent wrongly to the Treasury Officer, Jhanjharpur, to the Treasury Officer, Sheikhpura. The respondent no. 5 has filed a counter affidavit today wherein it has been stated that the office of the Accountant General (A & E), Bihar, Patna has issued a fresh PPO/GPO dated 11th September, 2019 and the same has been sent to the Treasury Officer, Sheikhpura for needful. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however, with a direction to the Treasury Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15950 of 2019(3) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 Sheikhpura to make the necessary payment within a period of two weeks from today, failing which he shall not draw his salary.
