It is submitted by learned APP that forwarding note appears very clear, whether report was specifically called for regarding "Smack like substances", where after examination, FSL Muzaffarpur opined that the sample was containing "Sodium Carbonate."
In view of submission, no further order required. Accordingly, the present criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
