2. Earlier the petitioner was granted provisional bail, after which he surrendered and his prayer for regular bail is being considered.

3. The petitioner is a cyber fraud engaged in the cheating people and as per the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, he has remained in custody for about ten months.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the parties have settled their dispute and therefore the petitioner may be granted bail.

5. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner is tampering with the evidence and got a compromise with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56255 of 2024(3) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 informant.

6. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
