Petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.09.2016 in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 375 of for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/308/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and co-accused allegedly assaulted to the informant and his wife.

Petitioner has stated on oath that due to land dispute false allegation is there.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
