Petitioner is in jail custody since 4.7.2016 in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

20 kg Mahua and 18 liters country made wine are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner and, as a matter of fact, alleged recovery has not been made from the house of the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Barachatti P.S. Case no. 229/2016. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
