Petitioners seek bail in connection with Srinagar (Pujaha) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 414 & 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Petitioners have no concern with the alleged truck. Petitioners are merely Mechanics and they were called at the place of occurrence by the owner of the vehicle for some repairing work. The owner of the vehicle is Sri Ram Babu Chaudhari. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61073 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 and are in custody since 15.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Srinagar (Pujaha) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2018.
