2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 328, 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From perusal of record, it appears that F.I.R. was lodged in the year 2015 and petitioner has moved this application for grant of anticipatory bail in the year 2025 i.e. after lapse of ten years. There is also no plausible explanation in the petition that as to why this petition has been preferred after such a long time. It appears that petitioner has no apprehension of arrest.

4. Considering the aforesaid delay in moving this anticipatory bail application, the prayer for anticipatory bail of
