Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 153(A)(B), 505(I)(C)(@) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he uploaded VDO with an intent to spread communal harmony between two communities for which petitioner is in jail custody since 19.8.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and appears to be student of engineering.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in Ara Town P.S. Case no. 434/2016.
