Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(1-AA), 2(1)/35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to have been caught while he was engaged in manufacturing illegal fire-arms. In huge quantity, semi finished arms and other articles were recovered. Submission on behalf of petitioner is that it is specific case of the prosecution that it was co-accused, Yodhan Singh, who was running illegal gun factory and as a matter of fact, the petitioner has been caught by the police on mere suspicion. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37034 of 2016 (2) dt.05-09-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
