Petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No.272 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that one loaded country made pistol and one cartridge has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2018.

Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60212 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.272 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
