In the present case, the petitioner is a political person, is challenging the amendment made in the Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme.

The petitioner has a grievance that he has no personal interest in the matter but, at the same time, the amendment is not affecting individually to the petitioner and, those who are affected by the amendment, have already filed their writ application being C.W.J.C. No. 15733 of 2019 along with C.W.J.C. No. 15786 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.16179 of 2019 dt.23-08-2019 2/2 2019 and C.W.J.C. No. 15744 of 2019 which are pending before the another Single Bench dealing with the subject. In that view of the matter, this Court does not find that this writ application should be entertained as Public Interest Litigation.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
