2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 447, 448, 379/504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 21.08.2022 at about 05:30 pm, when the informant was sitting at her door, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners came and started abusing her and on protest, all the accused persons started assaulting her with lathi, farsa and iron rod, due to which, the informant sustained injury on her head and fell down. It is further alleged that accused persons also took away Rs. 10,000/- and mobile phone from the house of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation of assault is general & omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. Rest of the allegation is ornamental only with a view to make the case grave. Similarly situated co-accused Simbhoo Paswan has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 25.07.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 33656 of 2023. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate - VI, Patna City, Patna in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 547 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
