Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019 for the offence under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in committing loot and subsequently withdrawing Rs. 30,000/- from the ATM by using ATM card of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.3.2019.

Learned counsel submits that similarly circumstanced others co-accused have been granted bail by this Court. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to
