JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S.Case No. 658 of 2018 registered under Sections 323 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is mother of co-accused Raushan Das. As per case of the prosecution, Raushan Das with others had kidnapped the informant's daughter. When the informant went to the house of Raushan Das, his mother (petitioner) told the informant that she was instrumental in getting the informant kidnapped and on such allegation, the petitioner has been named in the FIR.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61984 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 submitted that petitioner has been implicated only because she is mother of Raushan Das.

Considering the above submission, this application is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 658 of 2018.
