This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Piar P.S. Case No. 181 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 447, 452, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that occurrence has taken
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9687 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 place on account of land dispute and the injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Piar P.S.
