Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-409, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was secretary of the concerned school and allegedly, cheques were issued by the joint signatures of petitioner and headmaster of the concerned school. Moreover, the headmaster of the concerned school has already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 01-04-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38509 of 2014 Accordingly, the petitioner named above, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of
