It is alleged that petitioner and other accused teased informant's sister-in-law and when informant and his brother made protest, they were assaulted by the petitioner and other accused. Considering the nature of the occurrence, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S.
