JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

This is an application for grant of regular bail for offences punishable under Sections 379, 401, 414, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1)(b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is recovery of one country made pistol and 2 cartidge from the possession of the petitioner and he is in judicial custody since 01.08.2016.

Heard learned A.P.P. also. The learned A.P.P. also pointed out that there is criminal antecedent against the petitioner and he is accused in six cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55231 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 however, he may move for bail after framing of charge before the learned Court below who will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being prejudiced the order of this Court and also considering the period of detention. With this observation, this Cr. Misc. application is dismissed.
