The petitioner seeks bail in Barun P.S. case No. 85 of 2015 under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant lodged the case against unknown for looting of truck bearing registration No. HR74A-7195 and mobiles. The petitioner was arrested and he is said to have confessed before the police but the petitioner was not put on T.I. parade nor any looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 05.04.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eight months. The accused persons, whose name figured in the confessional statement of the petitioner, have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of
