Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 260 of 2016 registered under Sections- 272, 23 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(A) of the Excise Act. It is alleged that petitioner was caught with a bicycle carrying illegal Nepali liquor Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
