2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 15 of 1999 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This is a case of misuse of bail. The petitioner had absconded for the last 12-13 years. He is in jail since 23.09.2023.

4. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

Case No. 15 of 1999, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court through his lawyer or through himself. If the petitioner misuses the bail granted to him, his bail bonds shall be cancelled automatically.
