Petitioners were intercepted along with a vehicle bearing Registration No.JH-04D-1725, on account of transportation of altogether 198 litres foreign wine of Indian origin and for that, both the petitioners are under custody since 07.10.2016, having no criminal antecedent as is apparent from Para-3 of the petition. Apart from this, from the seizure list, it is apparent that none of the petitioners has got signature over the same.

That being so, petitioners, Mukesh Kumar Mishra @ Mukesh Mishra and Praful Kumar Singh are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
