This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report relates to an offence of dacoity allegedly committed by unknown person. The petitioner was remanded in this case from some other case only on the basis of criminal record of the petitioner available with the police. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2016 but no test identification parade has been done nor anything was recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 445 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court.
