The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no recovery of any motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner.
It is alleged that one Rakesh Kumar was apprehended by the police with motorcycle who did not produce any valid paper in respect of stolen motorcycle and disclosed that he has purchased the said motorcycle from the petitioner and thereafter he was caught by the police. The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64123 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Dalsing Sarai, District-Samastipur, in connection with Dalasing Sarai P.S. Case No.4/2017. All the bailers will be close relative of petitioner.
