Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/341/323/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner in association of other co-accused is said to have abducted the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11939 of 2021(2) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 She has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. There is specific allegation against co-acccused Raja Ansari. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. She has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 605 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U T
