The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing the validity and correctness of the notice issued to him with respect to Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.102/AC/2013-14. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, by referring to the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos.3 to 7, submits that the aforesaid Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.102/AC/2013-14 has finally been dismissed by an order dated 07.01.2015, as contained in Annexure-C to the aforesaid counter affidavit. Therefore, according to him, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

In above view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed, since it has become infructuous.
