Petitioner and three others are said to have assaulted the deceased by fists and slaps as a result of which deceased died but postmortem report of the deceased goes to show that no external injury was found on his person and the doctor opined that the cause of death was due to cardiac respiratory failure. Moreover co-accused Sibash Kumar @ Shiv Bachan Kumar @ Shiv Bachan Kumar Mahto and two others have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr.Misc.No.36927 of 2016. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
