2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, battery bank 24 pcs., Amar Raja 600H of the Tower is alleged to have been stolen by unknown thief which could not be searched in spite of attempts.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Golu Kumar. He is not named in the F.I.R. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. He has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Petitioner has two criminal antecedents.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025.
