JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 171 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 427, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case in between the parties and only general and omnibus allegations have been levelled against the petitioners. Moreover, both the parties have sustained injuries.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.158 of 2017 (3) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 171 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
