Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant alleged that petitioner demanded ransom of Rs. 3.5 lacs from him and on refusal threatened to kill him. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner. He is in custody since 28.02.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon
