JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 27-08-2024 It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioners that the petitioners have filed the instant application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. praying for quashing the order dated 19th of May, 2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in Cr. Revision No. 144 of 2014 affirming the order dated 30th of April, 2014 passed by the 1st Assistant Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in Sessions Trial No. 543 of 2013 arising out of Bidupur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2012 being an order to frame charge against the petitioners for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49497 of 2017(4) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 the offences under Sections 147, 447, 341, 324, 379, 307 and 34 of the IPC.
2. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioners that during the pendency of the instant Cr. Misc Case charge has already been framed by the Trial Court.
3. In view of such circumstances, the application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is not maintainable and accordingly the instant Cr. Misc. Case is dismissed. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J) uttam/- U
