Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 162 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is committing rape upon informant and threatening her.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim has been medically examined and doctor has not found any injury on private parts of the victim. Date of occurrence is of 21.05.2017 and FIR was instituted on 28.05.2017 after delay of seven days. He has no

Case No. 162 of 2017.
