Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Trial No.2116 of 2020 arising out of Gobardhana P.S. Case No.17 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the IPC.

Earlier, the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 17.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39879 of 2020 by this Court.

The petitioner has now filed this application for bail.
