The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018 for offences under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He has been roped in the instant case although he has no concern with the field of Pokhan Rai where the incident took place. He further submits that there is no motive against the petitioner to put uncovered electric wire in the field.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62534 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
